MANGO'S appliqués faux-fur coat was a sell-out success last year, despite being restocked on numerous occasions, but now it is back once again – and it is exactly the winter outerwear we need in our wardrobe.

Inspired by the £1,850 Totême Leather Trimmed Shearling Jacket, that was all over the fashion crowds' Instagram, Mango's alternative was a near perfect match and around £1,750 cheaper.

The textured outerwear essential comes in a cream and khaki green colourway, so there are more options to lust over.

This jacket comes in a range of sizes, from extra extra small to extra extra large.

However, if this jacket sells out once again, which, let's be honest, is more than possible, or if the price tag is not quite purse friendly, there are plenty of other similar designs on the market from some of our favourite high street retailers.

Drawing on the shearling element of the original Mango jacket, this fluffy bomber style from New Look is both cosy and wearable.

We would style this with some wide fit blue jeans and low heeled cowboy boots, or a pair of leggings and knee high flat boots for extra warmth.

4. BDG Borg & Faux Suede Reversible Jacket

This reversible jacket is so similar to the Mango shearling coat (and less expensive), with it's fluffy exterior and big chunky buttons.

It's oversized and relaxed and if you don't fancy wearing it wooly side out, then turn it inside out and you've got a suede jacket instead.
