Bradley Walsh and his wife Donna Derby looked every inch the glamorous couple as they arrived on the red carpet ahead of the BAFTAs 2021.

The Chase host, 61, who has been nominated for his first British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award, and former dancer Donna, arrived hand-in-hand for the glittering event at west London's Television Centre.

Dad-of-two Bradley looked smart in a black tuxedo while Donna, who tied the knot to the TV star in 1997, stunned in a one-shoulder gown.

The gorgeous floor-length dress sculpted Donna's incredible figure and featured a metallic gold strap which perfectly complemented her Yves Saint Laurent oversized clutch.

Donna, who shares 23 year old son Barney with Bradley, wore her blonde locks in a chic up-do and framed her pretty features with loose tendrils for the star-studded occasion.

It comes after Bradley has appeared on the list of nominees for the Entertainment Performance category for his role as the host of The Chasers.

The star, who has been an actor since 1993, has been the presenter for the ITV show for 12 years but has never been put forward for the coveted award until now.

Bradley is up against Adam Hills, Claudia Winkelman, David Mitchell, Graham Norton and Romesh Ranganathan, and is one of 18 first-time nominees for the award ceremony.

The official BAFTA Twitter page shared the news after sharing a snap of all six of them, which was captioned: "Our six #VirginMediaBAFTAs nominees for Entertainment Performance," with a clapping hands emoji and a smiling emoji.

Fans of the TV presenter were quick to share their opinions, rooting for him to win as one person commented: "#bradleywalsh no competition." [sic]

A second said: "Bradley Walsh is my choice to win," alongside 10 clapping hands emojis.

Meanwhile a third wrote: "Has to be the chase for me. It has a fantastic format along with fantastic chasers and the legend that is Bradley Walsh as the presenter. Chase towers work so hard putting it together, I know that having been to a recording of beat the chasers last year! I hope they win Crossed fingers," [sic] with a black heart emoji.

"Loves you but hoping for Bradley Walsh xxxx," [sic] another fan added.

Bradley has truly done it all when it comes to showbiz and he's even given singing a go as he released hist first album in 2016.

He wasn’t always aiming to become a television star though, when he was just 18 years old Bradley became a professional football player for Brentford.

Luckily for our screens his career path switched to television.
