Emma Willis, 44, revealed she was “pretending” not to be in pain after being put through her paces by personal trainer Rob Solly. The fitness fanatic was captured on Instagram by husband Matt Willis as she performed a series of lunges and kettlebell swings over the weekend.

On his personal Instagram, Busted star Matt uploaded a video of Emma in their home gym.

The adoring husband captioned the footage: “Look at their focused faces!”

Emma reshared the clip on her Instagram story and penned: “Literally pretending it doesn’t hurt…”

The video comes as Emma sent social media into a meltdown as she modelled a full-length puffa jacket as part of her new Next x Emma Willis collection.

The former model posed in the stylish outwear while taking the bins out last Thursday.

She wrote cheekily: “Bin there, done that, worn the coat. My daily uniform for the foreseeable, not taking off till spring. Like, wheelie not. @nextofficial #emmawilliscollection.

Underneath fans desperately scrambled to learn how they too could acquire the gorgeous coat.

One wrote: “When will these be back in stock online please? All sold out in 8/10.”

Another responded: “The coat is sold out for 10-11 weeks!”

A third typed: “This is what I need!”

The star has previously launched a summer collection this year and is now releasing pieces from her Autumn range at Next including the puffa jacket.

Previously she showed off her gorgeous figure while modelling lingerie for the high street retailer.

The former model revealed in an article with Daily Mail that as she gets older, she thinks more about keeping in shape for the sake of her children.

Emma revealed: “I just want to live as long as possible because I have three children and a husband that I don’t want to leave.

“I see my parents getting older and I think ‘How can I prevent what is going to happen to me?’

“I may as well try and live well now rather than getting to 60 and thinking ‘Why didn’t go to those Pilates classes?’”

While she admitted to being mindful of what she eats, Emma also is not afraid to have a “cheat day”.

Speaking on her favourite exercises, the Voice Kids host told OK! Magazine: “I do all over body workouts, HIIT classes, boxing and lots of leg and back work.

“I have a bit of a dodgy back so I’m trying my best to keep it strong. Lots of squats and deadlifting.”

“The secret is training while you’re pregnant to get you in shape way before you give birth. Being 40 and pregnant with my third child, it’s no surprise that the cellulite on my legs got out of control,” she admitted.
