Ladies are letting it be known they would be happy to be the new woman in Hugh Jackman’s life.

Following his shocking split from Deborra-Lee Furness after 27 years, fans of the Wolverine star are practically throwing themselves at him in the comments of his social media posts.

“You are the most eligible, hottest bachelor in the world,” proclaimed one fan in his comments.

“Are we all commenting now because we know this fine man is technically available now? I know I am! I’m convinced that sliding into dms does actually work,” wrote another.

“Looks great..(you and the food) wish I was there.. one day Mr Jackman.. we will dine together.. love always C xx [sic],” wrote a third.

All of the fawning over the newly single star comes amid news The Greatest Showman star is writing a bombshell memoir.

“Hugh is choosing to [write this book] now because he’s finally [being] honest with himself [and] the divorce,” an insider told US Weekly.

“The content will be Hugh speaking about his life. He’ll be opening up about his life like never before.”

Hugh and Deborra shocked the world when they announced their split.

They released a statement to People and made note was a joint statement and it would also be the only one either party would make.

“We have been blessed to share almost three decades together in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth,” the couple said in their statement.
