Kanye West ‘buys house across street from Kim Kardashian’ after divorce12/28/2021
Kanye West has bought a house across the street from estranged wife Kim Kardashian, 10 months after she filed for divorce, it has been claimed.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who shares children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm with the Stronger rapper, confirmed her split in February of this year, after six years of marriage.
She has since moved on, sparking a rumored romance with SNL star Pete Davidson, while her former beau has publicly asked to reunite.
According to reports, the dad-of-four has now purchased a new property just a stone’s throw from his ex’s mega mansion in LA.
TMZ reports the 44-year-old splashed out $4.5million (£3.3m) on the new pad, which is across the street from the Skims businesswoman and their family.
The publication states his new property boasts five bedrooms, a swimming pool and a horse stable, and is just over 3,650 square feet.
He seems to have been very keen on the place, and reportedly offered $421,000 (£312k) over the asking price.
We wonder if his neighbor will get an invite to his housewarming party…
This may come as a surprise as Ye recently suggested that he will be homeless in a year, revealing his plans to turn his extensive property selection into churches.
The Grammy Award winner has a selection of houses all over the world – including his much publicized ranch in Wyoming and a swanky beach home in Malibu.
But, speaking in a new interview with 032c, he let slip of his interesting plans to build his very own ‘artist commune’.
‘We are under capitalist rule, and it’s killing us,’ he told the publication. ‘It’s time to change that.
‘I’m going to be homeless in a year. I’m going to turn all the homes I own into churches.
‘We’re making this orphanage, and it will be a place where anyone can go.
‘It should be like an artist commune. Food should always be available.’
