Rebel Wilson ‘engaged’ to girlfriend Ramona Agruma after seven months of dating

Actress Rebel Wilson is reportedly engaged to her girlfriend of seven months fashion mogul Ramona Agruma, with a proposal said to have taken place sometime in the last couple of weeks.

The happy couple are said to have revealed their engagement to other attendees at the Casamigos Halloween party, hosted by actor George Clooney.

A source has told Page Six: "They were making out in a corner and telling everyone how excited they are to be engaged."

The pair arrived to the star-studded event wearing barbie costumes, along with some friends. They are said to have both been sporting diamond rings.

Rebel announced her relationship in June as she posted a sweet smiling snap of the pair, writing: "I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess #loveislove."

She followed the sweet caption with some pink love heart emojis and a rainbow emoji, which features the colours of the Pride Flag.

It was later revealed that Rebel had made the announcement as she would otherwise have been outed, with Andrew Hornery, a reporter at The Sydney Morning Herald claiming she had "gazumped" the scoop from him.

He claimed to have given the Pitch Perfect star "two days to comment on her new relationship with another woman," but then called it a "big mistake".

Hornery added: "Wilson opted to gazump the story…"

His admittance sparked outrage online, with journalist Kate Doak, posting to Twitter: "So apparently it wasn't @RebelWilson's choice to come out… The @smh/@theage have admitted to giving her a heads up 2 days in advance that they were going to "out" her. What's worse, openly gay men at the Sydney Morning Herald were involved in this," with a face palm emoji.

Breaking her silence on the matter, Rebel decided to reply to Kate, sharing that she's attempting handle the situation "with grace".

She wrote: "Thanks for your comments, it was a very hard situation but trying to handle it with grace," followed by a red heart emoji.

Despite their rocky start to going public, Rebel and Ramona appear to be extremely happy together, with the actress having previously sparked engagement rumours as she attended the Second Annual Academy Museum Gala on 15 October.

The Bridesmaids star dazzled in a black velvet Saint Laurent gown and platform heels, but it was her choice of accessories that has tongues wagging.

Rebel wore a large diamond ring on the ring finger on her left hand, prompting many to wonder if she's set to tie the knot.
