Homer Laffoon, Anne Heche’s son, hopes his mom is “free of pain” after her untimely death.

“My brother Atlas and I lost our Mom. After six days of almost unbelievable emotional swings, I am left with a deep, wordless sadness,” he tells Page Six in a statement.

“Hopefully my mom is free from pain and beginning to explore what I like to imagine as her eternal freedom. Over those six days, thousands of friends, family, and fans made their hearts known to me,” he continues.

“I am grateful for their love, as I am for the support of my Dad, Coley, and my stepmom Alexi who continue to be my rock during this time. Rest In Peace Mom, I love you, Homer.”

Heche — who died at age 53 on Friday one week after her fatal car accident — shared Homer, 20, with ex-husband Coleman “Coley” Laffoon. The couple was married from 2001 until 2009.

Heche also shared 13-year-old son Atlas Heche Tupper with her “Men in Trees” co-star, James Tupper.

The actress was involved in a serious wreck on Aug. 5 that left her in a coma and burns so bad they required surgical intervention.

On Thursday night, Heche’s rep told Page Six that she was “not expected to survive.”

She had “suffered a severe anoxic brain injury” due to the wreck and remained “in a coma” at the Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Calif.

“It has long been her choice to donate her organs,” her spokesperson shared in part, explaining that she had been “kept on life support to determine if any are viable.”

The “Vanished” star “became unconscious, slipping into a coma” after her blue Mini Cooper collided with a Los Angeles home last Friday.

Along with severe burns, Heche’s spokesperson told us that she sustained “a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation.”

The Los Angeles Police Department was reportedly able to determine that Heche was under the influence of cocaine at the time of the crash.

In a 2017 interview with “Access Hollywood,” Heche said that she hoped to be remembered for leaving a positive impact on her sons.

“Since the movie is called ‘The Last Word’ and given what it’s about, what do you hope people would say about you as far as last words go?” a producer asked the star at the premiere of her movie.

“Oh…Oh lord oh lord…,” she said as she made a praying gesture. “Hopefully that I made my children happy … gave them a life that they love.”
