A WOMAN who scooped a whopping £2.1million in a lottery jackpot has revealed she cries every time she thinks about how she won.

Libby Elliot, from Aberdeenshire, revealed she used a couple of pounds given by her dad to buy a Lucky Dip a few years ago.

The Scots mum went to see her dad in hospital – but she never thought the visit would result in a £2,169,664 lottery win in 2013.

Before leaving the ward, Tony Elliot gave his daughter some loose change for his four grandchildren and a couple of pounds to Libby.

She rushed to the nearest Tesco shop and bought two lottery tickets with the pocket money.

Libby said: “On a whim, I used the £2 to buy a Lucky Dip on my way home.”
