No expense was spared, as the Made in Chelsea star put on a lavish spread of cold cuts, cheeses and dried fruits.

Binky was joined by her former Chelsea castmates Louise Thompson and Rosie Fortescue, who all posed for photos in front of the ornate balloon arch arrangement.

Binky also shared the card bought by Rosie, saying, "Good luck! Squeezing a baby out you f*nny!", saying that her friend always 'buys the funniest cards'.

The TV star also posed for a picture with her three sisters and mum, Jane.

The 31 year old also posted a photo of the cake she described as 'gorgeous and delicious' created by Surrey-based Palm & Ivy bakery. While guests sipped on award-winning Mirabeau, rose wine made in Provence.

Binky, who is mum to three-year-old India with ex Josh “JP” Patterson, invited her 1.4million Instagram followers to take a peek inside the exciting event.

The star has been open about her experience in this pregnancy. During an Instagram Q+A, Binky, explained: “Yes we know the name. It took a few weeks, obviously it’s still really early but we’re pretty dead set on a name now.”

Opening up about how her second pregnancy has been different to her first, Binky said: “First trimester with this pregnancy was a little bit more hardcore I didn’t really feel sick or tired with India, I guess I was a bit younger and I didn’t have a toddler already but I’ve definitely felt more sick this pregnancy than last.”

“I think you’re always going to be a bit anxious being pregnant, and of course, after a miscarriage, there is that extra element of being anxious, especially going to scans,” she said.

“But you’ve just got to have faith and trust that everything is going to be good.”

The new-mum-to-be announced she is having a boy in a sweet gender reveal video in January.

Binky also recently appealed to fans for advice about adjusting her daughter India to being an older sibling.

Sharing her concerns about her family's 'changing dynamic', the E4 shared:

"Also maybe a little scared India is going to feel a bit out of place, or that mummy isn’t giving her the undivided attention she’s been used to her whole life even though I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure she doesn’t feel any of this, but we are all human, and there is no ‘perfect mummy’ handbook!"
