At the beginning of 2020, Love Island married couple Olivia and Alex Bowen moved in to a staggeringly impressive £1 million house in Essex.
However, the loved up duo instantly set about renovating the palatial home, making drastic and enviable improvements.
And their hard work has most definitely paid off has most definitely paid off as they recently shared a peek inside their stunning sitting room in their open plan kitchen area.

The space has large cream sofas and a matching futon, the walls are painted cream, and there is a royal blue sideboard with a light wood top.

There is a telescope and houseplants in the space, as well as a piece of abstract modern art that looks fabulous with bluey grey tones with gold accents.
Writing on their The Bowen Home Instagram page, Olivia captioned the post explaining about their new painting: "Have been searching high & low for the perfect piece for this wall in the kitchen!

Their home is particularly special to Olivia as she has had her eye on it since she was a child.
She previously told OK! : "This house has been here for 17 years. When I was younger, my mum used to drive me past it and we’d say, 'Imagine living in that house'.
"She came with us to the viewing, and we were all a bit gobsmacked.

"I remember walking into the bedroom and crying. When I cry I know that it means something. It felt like fate.
"We fell in love with it, and six months later we were in the house."
Alex then added: "I really didn’t want to move, then when Liv and I went to see the house I said, “Okay, let’s do it.” It was the same feeling I had when we went to see our wedding venue for the first time."
