It's the happiest time of year and that can mean only one thing – restaurants and cafes are releasing their Christmas menus!

Wetherspoons is the latest chain to share its festive offerings – and there are some right bargains on there for you to try.

The popular pub chain is the watering hole of choice for countless Brits, and even in the face of recent closures is popular on most high streets. So many will be pleased to hear its Chrimbo menu is full of traditional offerings, as well as new additions, including a Christmas-themed pizza, according to The Mirror.

An average turkey dinner will set you back £12.05 with a soft drink, or £13.52 with an alcoholic drink, with prices varying from pub-to-pub. This will include turkey breast, pork, apricot and cranberry stuffing, roasted Chantenay carrots and parsnips, Maris Piper mash, two pigs-in-blankets, peas, cranberry sauce and gravy.

The big cheeseburger, brie and bacon burger and chicken and stuffing burger are all making a comeback – with the latter having made its debut on last year's menu. An average big cheeseburger and soft drink will set you back £10.20, and with an alcoholic drink it will cost a bit more at roughly £11.67.

Alongside the more expected offerings, you can also get a choice of festive pizzas – for those wanting to jazz up their festive food. The pizzas, which include chicken, stuffing bacon and brie and brie and garlic mushroom, will cost around £9.47 with a soft drink and just under £11 with an alcoholic drink. Other classics like pigs-in-blankets will be available, alongside a children’s meal.

• Sliced turkey breast and winter vegetables
• The big cheeseburger
• Brie and bacon burger

• Chicken, stuffing, bacon and brie pizza (11 inch)
• Bacon and garlic mushroom pizza (11 inch)
• Children's Christmas dinner (pigs-in-blankets, served with a choice of roasted vegetables, cucumber slices and tomato wedges, peas, baked beans, jacket potato, chips or mashed potato)
• Chicken, stuffing, bacon and cranberry panini
• Brie and cranberry panini
• The big cheese chips (small plate)
• Chicken, stuffing, bacon and brie pizza (eight inch)
• Pigs in blankets with cranberry sauce (small plate)
• Brie and garlic mushroom pizza (eight inch)
• Salted caramel sticky toffee pudding
• Mince tart

There’s something for people with a sweet tooth too, with two festive desserts on offer – salted caramel sticky toffee pudding and mince tart.

You'll have to be quick if you want to try them though as the festive food menu is only on offer for a limited time. It runs from Wednesday November 15 through to New Year’s Eve. But it won’t be available on Christmas Day.
