Love Island’s first ever winner Jess Hayes was just 22 when she entered the villa in 2015.

Then working as Page 3 Model, the now 29-year-old won over audiences with her fiery personality and fun demeanour coupling up with Bolton lad Josh Ritchie before going on a series of dates and eventually winning the show alongside Max Morley.

Jess became a marmite figure after many shouting matches with fiery rival Naomi Ball, but Naomi came off worse after swiping Josh from Jess, dumping him and trying to get amorous with Max. Max got together with Jess after Naomi was dumped from the show and they went on to win.

They split after the show and Jess is now a mother to son Presley, who will be three this year.

But it’s not all been plain sailing for the reality star who endured what could be only be described as a horrific 2021 experiencing heartbreak and a miscarriage.

Jessica split from fiancé Dan Lawry last spring, just six months after the couple lost their second child, a little boy named Teddy, prematurely at just 19 weeks.

Hard work: Speaking about her adorable son Presley, Jessica said that although the tot is a character and doing great, she admits ‘he’s not an easy child!’

Confidence: Feeling herself once again, Jessica told the publication: ‘I feel like I’m the old Jess again now, but a better version. I’m at a healthy weight, I’ve got my old hair back

Feeling herself once again, Jessica told the publication: ‘I feel like I’m the old Jess again now, but a better version. I’m at a healthy weight, I’ve got my old hair back.

‘It’s like I’m me again. Now I look back at photos of me from the last couple of years and I’m like, ‘Who is that girl?’

Jess makes her money via Instagram influencing, working with brands such as Miss Pap.

Jessica who co-parents her son Presley with her ex Dan added that while it hasn’t been easy since the split, she admits she’s ‘better off alone and happier being a single parent, adding that it’s been ‘hard at times’.

She’s no longer a glamour model and hasn’t gone into a string of reality TV shows like many of her co-stars.

Instead, she’s focused on influencing full time and being a mum to her son. However, the star is reportedly worth £1.1M.

On Instagram, she boasts 366,000 followers where she regularly promotes cosmetics and diet brands.

Max Morley: Dad who settled out the limelight as a recruitment consultant after dating string of reality TV stars

Drastic measures: Love Island star Max Morley’s receding hairline has been affecting his confidence over the last years, forcing him to turn to a hair transplant

Short-lived fling: He was the heartthrob of the 2015 series of Love Island and went on to win the show with unlucky-in-love Jess Hayes

But Love Island saw his career television career take-off and he’s dating a string of high-profile stars and appeared on many reality shows. However, he’s taken a step back from the lime light in recent months after welcoming son Brooklyn in November with a mystery girlfriend.

The little boy arrived eight weeks early and spent more than 100 days in the NICU before eventually coming home in February.

‘I kept this blessing private from social media to give myself time and get in a strong place. Today my life changed forever and I couldn’t be happier,’ he wrote in an Instagram post at the time.

‘After a few complications Little man gave me and mum a shock arriving 8 weeks early they are both super strong and are doing AMAZINGLY well!

‘It’s been a crazy year and even crazier few days although things haven’t been perfect. It’s coming together nicely’.

He later said: ‘For us to win Love Island as a couple would just finish off the fairytale story that we’ve started. We met each other the first day, we’ve come on leaps and bounds, we’ve got to know each others. S*** bits, ugly bits, bad bits, great bits, lovely bits, sexy bits… you’ve watched us grow as a couple into where we are now’,

Prior to her Love Island stint, the model admitted to splashing out £15,000 on two boob jobs, lip fillers and Botox.

Hannah briefly reunited with Jon as part of a special called ‘Love Island, What Happened Next’ in 2020.

Viewers claimed there was ‘chemistry’ and ‘unfinished business’ between the pair as he admitted that he was feeling uncharacteristically nervous to see his former flame.

It’s no surprise that Jon was feeling apprehensive ahead of their meeting, as Hannah confessed she had previously blocked Jon on Instagram for four years following their bitter split nine months after leaving the villa.

The reality star said: ‘I’m sweating! I’m never normally nervous. I was nervous because I didn’t know how they’d be with me. Seeing her today she looks amazing!’

Meanwhile, the blonde admitted she had made an effort for the occasion and shared: ‘You know what it’s like when you think you’re going to see your ex. I thought I’ll definitely doll myself up!’

After Jon became a regular face on The Only Way Is Essex , he found love with Chloe Crowhurst who went on to star in series three of Love Island, a move that reportedly left him ‘furious’ as they were still together.

He accused her of dumping him and ignoring his messages to shoot her shot at fame on the ITV reality juggernaut.

The pair rekindled their romance and in 2017, welcomed their daughter Vienna. The two have since split but continue to co-parent Vienna. Luis and Cally had dated prior to Luis appearing on Love Island six years ago and the couple were reunited on the dating series, as Cally joined the villa as a late addition.

The pair finished in fourth place on Love Island and went on to date on and off for three years, following the show.

They welcomed daughter Vienna in May 2017 and 10-weeks after Vienna’s birth, Luis and Cally split after she hinted in a public statement that he had been unfaithful.

However, months later in December 2017, the pair confirmed they were back together – stating at the time: ‘For the record yes we are together. Had a really tough year, but couldn’t be more ready for 2018. Onwards and upwards.’

Unable to sort out their differences, Luis and Cally finally called time on their turbulent relationship just over a year after welcoming Vienna in September 2018.

At the time, Cally moved back to Hull with Vienna, while Luis stayed in London.

While many of her fellow stars have found fortune, Bethany, now 26, has faced legal troubles after being caught with  134mg of ketamine in January 2018.

The star from Gomersal, West Yorkshire, pleaded guilty during a short hearing at Bradford Magistrates Court in 2019, but was spared jailed at a sentencing earlier this week.

Her case was sent to the city’s crown court for sentencing as she was also accused of using £16,500 of criminal cash to buy an Audi A3.

Recorder Tahir Khan QC gave Rogers an absolute discharge and he ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the ketamine seized by the police.

Max and Naomi were briefly a ‘couple’ in the Love Island house last summer before she was voted off the ITV2 show by the public.

As a late contestant on the show, Naomi initially clashed with Jessica after she decided she wanted to get together with the latter’s house-boyfriend Josh Ritchie.

While Josh was happy to ditch Jessica for Naomi, it didn’t take long before the blonde changed her mind and decided she preferred Max – who by that point was coupled up with Jessica.

Unsurprisingly, there was no love lost between Naomi and Jessica when the former stole the other’s ‘man’ twice.

Max and Naomi’s romance didn’t last long when she was voted out and he later ended up reconciling with Jess, with the pair eventually winning the show and the £50,000 prize.

‘I spent just under a month in a villa with no distractions, no phone, no internet, no friends, no contact with the outside world surrounded by people that were the epitome of the person I thought I was.

‘I thought I was this super extroverted big name on campus, a big guy around town. And it turned out that maybe I wasn’t like that.

‘I made myself into a club promoter, which I needed to do to make a successful company, but that perhaps wasn’t fully aligned with who I truly was.

‘I then took the opportunity to think – could I do with a little bit of self-work and some personal development to try and figure out who I actually am and what I want to try and contribute to the world?’
