BBC Breakfast's Carol Kirkwood dazzled viewers in a low-cut top for her weather reports today.

The 60-year-old has won a legion of fans during her time on the show, and today's outfit prompted many compliments from them.

Carol wore a monochrome animal print blouse which featured a V-neckline and she teamed it with a black pencil skirt.

As Carol spoke about the high winds that parts of the UK were being battered with, viewers took to Twitter to praise her appearance.

One BBC Breakfast fan wrote: "Very busy Blouse this morning….." alongside a smiling emoji.

Another added: "Love the top."

Last week, Carol was left red faced following an embarrassing on-air blunder.

The meteorologist told viewers to wrap up for a wet and windy Halloween weekend.

However as the telly fave passed back to the studio, she accidentally called stand-in host Rachel Burden the wrong name and said "Ruth".

The flustered presenter covered her face as co-host Charlie Stayt assured her: "It's alright, it happens."

He added: "Do it one more time correctly, we'll pretend it didn't happen."

Carol continued: "That's it from me back to lovely Rachel, who is amazing, and Charlie, who's also amazing."

While Charlie joked: "No one even noticed."

Brushing off the error, Rachel laughed: "Any old name will do."
