COUNTDOWN'S Rachel Riley cut a chic figure in a little black dress on the Channel 4 show.

Rachel, 37, always brings the glam to Countdown and while her outfits are usually quite colourful, she went for a more classic palette on today's show.

The math whizz wore a black short length skirt which featured mid-length sleeves and a multi-coloured collar.

She completed the look with bare legs and black high heels, while her blonde hair was styled in loose waves around her shoulders.

Earlier this week, Rachel dazzled Countdown viewers in a figure hugging dress.

On Monday she wore a pale blue knitted bodycon dress which featured cream horizontal stripes.

The close fitting nature of the garment and the stripes highlighted her fantastic figure as she chatted to host Colin Murray and provided the contestants with the letters and numbers for each game.

Colin opened the show by discussing the anniversary of the oldest message in a bottle, which was found five years ago.

It was tossed over the side of a German ship in 1886, and Colin asked Rachel what her message would be if she through one overboard.

The football fan replied: "You'd need something with longevity wouldn't you? So I'd probably write 'Glory, Glory Man United'."
