Daughter furious as Love Island star Chloe Burrows reveals 'affair' with her dad

A LOVE Island contestant boasted of having an affair with her married City executive boss in a promotional video for the show watched by millions of its fans.

Financial services worker Chloe Burrows, 25, said the romance “was love at first sight — until my manager reminded me of his wife and kids” and confessed she still calls him most weekends.

After seeing the clip, the marketing man’s horrified daughter posted: “Dad’s PA has gone on Love Island and admitted an affair. How’s your day?”

Chloe, one of six women in the show’s seventh series, which starts on Monday, said she was looking for someone “loud” when she enters the luxury villa in Majorca.

She admits she is “quite a big character” before revealing her liking for married men in the teaser clip.

Chloe, of Bicester, Oxfordshire, says: “You would really think there were fit men in the City but there really aren’t. Most of them are married or have girlfriends so they are ‘off limits’.”

Laughing, she adds: “They’re not really off limits. I mean I’m partial to a married man. I did meet someone at work. I thought it was love at first sight — until my manager reminded me of his wife and kids. Doesn’t mean I don’t drunk call him most weekends.”

The man, who we are not naming, last night strenuously denied having had any “affair”.

Speaking from his £850,000 detached home, he insisted: “I had a professional relationship with Chloe.

“I’ve been single for six years, so the word ‘affair’ is just irrelevant. Chloe has actually been very professional in her marketing executive job and she has done a terrific job for us as a team of people.”

Chloe, meanwhile, said she does not only set her sights on married blokes. She warned: “Any girl should be wary of her man but definitely around me — but it’s always his fault. I am not going to make a move on someone who is really invested in his girl but I mean, yeah, if I like someone then I like them.”

The forthcoming series, in which there are five male contestants, is the first since the winter version in South Africa in January last year.

It will be shown on Monday on ITV2 from 9pm and also ITV Hub.
