08/26/2023DISNEY kids TV star Sterling Knight looks unrecognisable 14 years after the hit show Sonny with a Chance hit our screens.
The 34-year-old has appeared in a selection of popular TV shows over the years since shooting to fame in 2005.
Sterling has appeared in programmes including Hannah Montana, Grey's Anatomy, Starstruck and So Random!
The actor is arguably best known for playing Chad Dylan Cooper on Disney's Sonny with a Chance.
The show premiered in 2009 and ran for two series until 2011.
He took on the role of protagonist Sonny Munroe's former flame Chad, who was played by Demi Lovato.

During that time there were rumours that the pair were dating in real life – and nothing has been confirmed.
During the show's wrap party in Los Angeles in 2009, an insider told Star: "Demi looked like any other teenage girl with a huge crush.
"The two will be apart for most of this summer, since Demi's touring with David Archuletla.
"But Sonny was just picked up for a second season. So at least they know they'll be able to spend lots of time together again soon."

After Sonny with a Chance, Sterling went on to star in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Melissa & Joey, The Hotwives of Orlando and Crowded.
Sterling has been in plenty of films too.
He has been in The Muppets, Transit and most recently, It Snows All The Time.
Sterling boasts a huge following on Instagram and loves to update fans with what he gets up to.
He's done a lot of travelling over the years with his sister Scarlett.
The pair have gone to Thailand and Tokoyo.
He also has his very own cameo, where fans can pa y £51 for a personal video message.
