FIRST Dates supremo Fred Sirieix stripped off to show off his body as he prepares to turn 50.
The popular Frenchman posed topless on social media, mid workout session – much to the pleasure of his many fans.
Lifting weights in just a pair of black shorts, Fred uploaded a series of three snaps to his Instagram account.
He wrote: "I’m fifty at the end of the month.
"As much as I won’t probably be the world champion anymore I’m not ready to throw in the towel just yet!"
"You look awesome for 50!," exclaimed one follower.
Another queried: "Fred where are you turning 50? You look a proud 40th Keep up the good work Fred you look great. 😊".
Agreeing that he was ageing well, one fan wrote: "Like a fine wine 💪".

While his First Dates co-star CiCi Coleman joked: "Yesssss Fred! Fittest 50 year old I know; even if you do wear a toupee 😘 😋".
To which Fred replied: "you just wait until I see you Cici 😂".
This year is expected to mark another big occasion for Fred as he plans to marry his fiancee, nicknamed Fruitcake, after their wedding last year was put off due to the pandemic.
The 49-year-old is considered a real-life Cupid thanks to his role as maître d’ and matchmaker on Channel 4's First Dates and First Dates Hotel.
The suave Frenchman has been helping couples find love for years but was recently seen setting the dancefloor alight in the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special 2021.
Born and brought up in Limoges in western France, Fred attended catering college and initially trained as a chef but decided to focus on being front of house instead.
Fred trained as a maître d’ in France before moving to London.

He then worked at La Tante Claire in Chelsea and also spent time at Le Gavroche in Mayfair, Satario and Brasserie Roux.
As well as appearing in First Dates, he worked as the general manager at Galvin at Windows – a Michelin-starred French haute cuisine restaurant located on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane – before leaving in 2019.
The star has also enjoyed filming three Road Trip series with famous TV chefs Gordon Ramsay and Gino D'Campo.
In 2020, the show saw the trio travel around the highways of Mexico and the USA, visiting Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Texas and Tijuana.
