JEFF Brazier has told how his sons Bobby and Freddy visit their late mum Jade Goody's grave "as much as they can".

The TV presenter has been a pillar of strength to his sons, raising them as a single dad after their Big Brother star mum Jade Goody died of cervical cancer in 2009 at just 27 years old.

Following her untimely death 11 years ago, Jeff has made it his life's work to help parents learn how to cope with grieving children when he qualified as a grief councillor six years ago.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online at the launch for Lost for Words, a digital exhibition from photographer Rankin, Jeff said his teenage sons visit Jade's grave "to feel connected" to her, especially around Christmas.

The TV presenter shared: "We go to a special place, it's really not that far from where we are and to be there in that environment, obviously we know that that is space and time to think about mum, to talk about mum, and to feel connected to her.

"[We visit] on all the special occasions. We go there as much as we can."

The This Morning contributor, who gained full custody of the boys after Jade's death, said the public's support for Bobby, 17, and Freddy, 16, has been heart warming as they continue to thrive following her death.

He told us: "It’s lovely that there have been so many people that I think have kind of sort of invested in these children over the years.

"And I think that it's nice that obviously people were so involved when they lost their mum.

"For them to see that nearly 12 years on, they're doing well and they're thriving," he added. "They know that that's exactly what she would want."

"And I think there's a satisfaction in that, not just for me and my family, but for everybody that ever followed their mum.

"They just basically wanted to see these kids do okay. And we can see that they are. And I think that that's nice for everybody to see."

Jeff began dating Jade in 2002 and they were together for two years before they officially called time on the relationship.

Though the pair never released an official statement on the reason behind their 2004 split, Jeff has shed light on why they called it quits.

Speaking in the Channel 4 documentary Jade Goody: The Reality Star That Changed Britain, Jeff revealed that newspaper reports played a part.

Elsewhere, Jeff said that his marriage to Kate Dwyer is "stronger than it's ever been" on their second wedding anniversary.

In September, the TV presenter took to Instagram at the time to pay tribute to his other half and celebrate two happy years together as husband and wife.

The married couple haven't had the easiest of journeys since tying the knot, but now they seem happier than ever before.
