Khloe Kardashian has revealed that she has been warned by doctors that she is likely to miscarry if she gets pregnant again.

The 36 year old is mum to two year old daughter True, but has widely discussed plans to welcome a second child, previously considering using True's dad Tristan Thompson — who she recently hinted she was back with — as a sperm donor.

But in a new clip from the final season of her family's show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she is told speaking to older sister Kim Kardashian about the likelihood of her miscarrying if she was to fall pregnant.

The 20th and final season of the hit reality show aired in the US overnight, and is available to stream in the UK.

She tells Kim, 40, in the emotional clip: "I spoke to Dr. A and she was just a little concerned about, like, I did a check and blood panels and all this stuff, and she just said I would be a high risk carrier for a pregnancy.

"I'm not going to get into specifics on camera, but they said it's a 80-something per cent chance that I will miscarry."

Khloe continues: "I almost miscarried with True at the beginning, but I didn't know that was a lingering thing."

Speaking to camera, she then says: "This is all really kind of shocking to me. All I'm trying to do is bring more love into my life and my family, and I just seem to be running into more and more roadblocks. It's really hard for me to digest."

Returning to her conversation with Kim, she adds: "She said she would be afraid if my embryos and so hard to create, she would feel terrible putting one in without warning me that, most likely, I wouldn't be able to carry."

Kim — who has also struggled with pregnancy and welcomed children Chicago and Psalm via surrogate — responded: "Yeah, and that would be a waste.

"I honestly had the best experience with surrogacy, and I think that you know what giving birth feels like, so I say if you can do it, it's such an amazing experience.

"But you'll see that the love that you have for your kids is exactly the same. There's no different except for there was someone else who was the carrier."

Khloe admits: "It's actually really scary. I really can't believe this is happening.
