Loose Women's Christine Lampard reveals co-star Charlene White's secret signal to loved ones in I'm A Celebrity jungle | The Sun


LOOSE Women's Christine Lampard has revealed her co-star Charlene White's secret signal to tell her friends and family that she's surviving in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

Charlene, 42, is one of 12 famous faces taking part in this year's series of the ITV show.

Last month The Sun exclusively revealed that Charlene will be taking part in the show this year, but today the news became official.

Loose Women star Charlene, who has been an anchor on the daytime show since 2021, landed in Australia last week ahead of the 22nd series.

Before jetting off, the ITV news reader discussed how she will stay in contact with her loved ones while in the jungle.

Linda Robson, who took part in the show in 2012,said: "Apparently Charlene's got a signal… what is it?"

Christine revealed: "So apparently this is to let us know, and her family know that everything is going OK.

"Apparently she's going to be rubbing her ear whilst doing this so it looks like an L!"

It comes after Charlene revealed her biggest fear.

Speaking to The Sun after her flight Charlene confessed to having some phobias that she's almost definitely going to come across in the jungle.

She said: " I don't really like creepy crawlies and I'm not really outdoorsy.

"I don't camp. I stopped going to Girl Guides because they kept making me camp."

She also confessed who she is going to miss while she's Down Under.

Charlene said: "I would miss my family, I would miss the kids, my other half, and of course my Loose Ladies.

"If I am not hanging out with them every week I am not quite sure what to do with my time to be honest."

Charlene will join the likes of Strictly's Seann Walsh, pop icon Boy George and Love Islander Olivia Attwood.

An ITV source previously said: “Charlene is a great signing for the show.
