LOVE Island fans have demanded to see a "cut" scene of Rachel Finni breaking down in tears after it was teased in a preview but never shown.

Tuesday night's episode of the ITV2 dating show ended with a teaser of what viewers could expect in the next instalment.

One of the most attention grabbing scenes showed 29-year-old Rachel sobbing in the Beach Hut, with tears rolling down her face.

But this moment was not shown in last night's ep as promised – sparking confusion online.

Fans flocked to Twitter to ask what had happened, with one writing: "Wait they didn’t even show why Rachel was crying…"

Another asked: "Wait what happened to the scene where Rachel was crying in the preview? Did I miss something or??"

A third said: "Sorry if I’m late or just missed something but what happened to the clip of Rachel crying over Brad 2.0 ? Wasn’t aired????"

One more echoed: "Didn't they show Rachel crying in the preview last night??? Why wasn’t it aired???"

This is not the first time that this has happened, with viewers also left angry last week when a teased image of Kaz Kamwi speaking to Brad McClelland on the roof terrace didn't make it to air.

However, it was later shown during Saturday night's Unseen Bits special, and fans were underwhelmed by its contents.

Although we didn't see why Rachel was crying, it is likely due to her partner Brad getting to know new bombshells Lucinda Strafford and Millie Court.

He enjoyed dates with both women in last night's show, and did not even try to hide his attraction to them.

The 26-year-old labourer owes his place in the villa to Rachel, who had to choose between him and Chuggs Wallis just 24 hours after entering the house.

Chuggs was sent home after she chose Brad, believing that they had a genuine connection.

However, fans at home were left outraged when they saw him recycle the same chat-up lines he'd used to woo Rachel on Lucinda just days later.
