Love Islands Jay Younger splits from A Place In The Suns Danni Menzies

Love Island's Jay Younger appears to have split from former A Place in the Sun star Danni Menzies.

Danni and Jay had a cosy weekend together in Scotland during the summer and both checked into a hotel in Mykonos in July, sparking romance rumours.

However, it now looks like they may have gone their separate ways as they appear to have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Jay appeared on Love Island in 2022, when Ekin-Su crawled on the floor to give him a kiss during a fling she had with him before she realised she wanted to be with Davide.

After Love Island, Jay's been romantically linked to Danni and has also been focusing on his fitness and being a personal trainer after quitting his investment banker job. It looks like both may now be on the lookout for love again after their suspected split.

While Danni was on A Place in the Sun, she admitted it was difficult to date because she was moving around a lot and living out of a suitcase.

It comes after Danni revealed that she was still suffering bouts of vertigo in March, 6 months on from a terrifying moped crash which could have claimed her life.

The star was struck by a stolen moped while she was walking on a London street in October 2022.

Left with facial injuries and a concussion as a result of the smash, Danni was feeling the lasting impact of the incident, as she opened up about suffering from depression and PTSD in the aftermath of the crash.

"I could've died. It was really scary,” she told The Sun at the Ideal Home Show.

"I had to get scans for bleeding on the brain, my face was really messed up. I was depressed for a few months. My life went on hold for a bit. That was really tough. It took a while."

Taking to social media not long after the crash, Danni revealed the scale of her injuries as she bravely showed her face which was still heavily bruised and swollen, with several cuts visible, notably above her eyebrow.

As well as the visible injuries, Danni also suffered a concussion which left her suffering from bouts of memory loss for the first two or three weeks after the accident.

Even with her best efforts, Danni explained it had been a “journey” to get back to a place she wanted to be, but added that she was hopeful and optimistic about the year ahead.
