Our Yorkshire Farms Amanda Owen takes swipe at Clive after losing sheep

Amanda Owen snapped at husband Clive after he made a farming error in an episode of Channel 5's Our Yorkshire Farm.

46-year-old Amanda and 56-year-old Clive were attempting to move sheep while working at Ravenseat Farm, where they are raising their nine children.

They worked to relocate the sheep alongside their youngest two children, Clemmy and Nancy.

"The little ones are just like sheepdogs, they're just kind of running around, enjoying themselves," Amanda explained.

"They learn really quickly by being around the sheep and being with us when we're working.”

But soon the flock began to roam around on their own, causing chaos.

Amanda shouted: "Clemmy, go that way," in an attempt to get her daughter to lead the sheep in the right direction.

Clive soon joined the fray to try and get the sheep relocated to the right spot but in a careless blunder, forgot to block the escape route, meaning the sheep were able to flee the area once more.

"Ah man, we're in a mess now," Clive yelled over the flock.

"Why didn't you shut the gate?" Amanda shouted to Clive.

Clive attempted to fix his mistake, replying “Stop them there!” as the pair tried to prevent the sheep escaping.

"But why didn't you shut the gate? Amanda repeated, running after the sheep to contain them.

She added: "I don't know why he didn't shut the gate! Country code.”

"There you are," added Clive. "That was a bit hairy but we made it.”
