PHILLIP Schofield's daughter Molly has hailed mum Stephanie "a queen" on International Women's Day – weeks after she supported the TV star coming out.

Molly, 27, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a sweet snap with her mum in matching black dresses.

She captioned it: "Happy #internationalwomensday To my QUEEN."

Last month, Phillip, 57, bravely revealed he was gay – and wife of 26 years Steph vowed to stand by him.

In an interview with The Sun on Sunday following Phil's announcement on This Morning just days before, Steph, 56, said: "I love Phillip, as much today as I ever have, and always will.”

The couple, who married in 1993 have two daughters – Molly, and Ruby, 24, and Steph was full of praise over how both had handled the news.

She said: "We’ve been awestruck by the strength and love of our precious girls, even as they’ve been trying to make sense of it all for themselves.

“Our family have also been so supportive and will help us going forward.”

She added: “Although this is difficult for us all, I support Phillip in taking this brave step.”

Phillip confessed in an interview with The Sun on Sunday that he did not know what the future held for the couple.

He said: “It has taken me a long time to get here, I am not rushing to get to any other place.

“We will always be a family. That is the one definite, constant, absolute positive thing. And where the wind blows us I don’t know.”

But Steph revealed she had no intention of abandoning her husband of almost 27 years.

She said: “I will still be there, holding his hand. Everyone should be proud to live their own truth.”

Days later, the couple and their two daughters jetted off to Paris, France, for a family holiday, with the girls posting pictures and videos from the winter getaway.
