Piers Morgan's trainer puts stars through their paces in epic charity workout – and you can join in too08/23/2021
PIERS Morgan's personal trainer is giving YOU the chance to work out with a whole host of stars for a very special cause.
Three-time Olympian Sarah Lindsay will put celebrities and influencers through their paces at not one, but two star-studded workouts – and it's not just for the rich and famous.
ROAR Fitness is offering those up for the challenge to take part in the high-octane workouts, which will be streamed to exercise junkies worldwide on September 1.
It's all to raise money for Women's Aid, working together against domestic abuse, until women and children are safe.
Professor Green, Pixie Lott, Henry Holland and Alice Liveing's strength will be put to the test by Sarah – the woman who makes TV presenter Piers sweat.
Not only that, but another of her famous clients – Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw – will be the guest DJ for the whole event to keep fitness fanatics near and far pumped.
ROAR, famed for its jaw dropping body transformations, has created group training programme ROAR Metal in studio and online.
It's a 45-minute full-body, weight-training class where elite ROAR Metal instructors including founder Sarah will lead a powerful workout, which promises show-stopping results.
Sarah – a 41-year-old former speed skater and nine-time British Ladies Champion – is also a PT to Ellie Goulding, Mel B and Christine Lampard.
But she insists the celebrity client most likely to have been an Olympian is Piers.
“Piers could definitely have been an Olympian,” Sarah told The Sun's Fab Daily.
“He’s the most competitive man on the planet and you need that streak to make it to the top of any sporting field.
“He’s driven, has bags of self-belief, is massively resilient — and tough too.
“If I tell him he’s had a good session, his reply will be, ‘I know’.”
Piers, 56, enlisted the help of Sarah after revealing his 2021 resolution was to weigh the same as his TV rival Eamonn Holmes, who dropped from 18st to 15st.
The former GMB host, who dramatically quit following a row over comments he made about the Duchess of Sussex, revealed he weighed 16st after a gruelling work schedule and lockdown saw his weight creep up.
Vowing to get in shape, he said: “My resolution is to weigh the same as Eamonn Holmes by the end of 2021.”
And if the presenter’s Instagram posts are anything to go by, his workouts with Sarah at one of the three Roar Fitness gyms she owns in London are doing the trick.
Now you can sweat for a good cause and join one of the world's best workouts from the comfort of your own home – all for a good cause.
Each workout will be purchasable for online attendees at £5 per ticket.
Tickets for the new group exercise class, ROAR Metal, go on sale now.
All ticket sales will go to charity partner, Women's Aid.
