Spoilers: Belle tries to bury mum Lisa for good in Emmerdale10/22/2020
Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) struggled in Emmerdale tonight (October 22) as the voice of Lisa (Jane Cox) continued to torment her, and therefore she attempted to ‘bury’ her mum in order to stop said voice.
Viewers will know that Belle has been under a lot of stress as of late, what with her in trouble with the police after Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) turned the tables regarding Moira’s (Natalie J Robb) hit-and-run.
What’s more, she’s stopped taking her medication, and therefore she’s been hearing the voice of Lisa.
She kept this information to herself thus far, but tonight, the voice became too much, and therefore she left the house with a shovel, and headed to the graveyard to ‘bury’ Lisa — hoping that such a thing would put a stop to the voice.
However, Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) and Cara Robinson (Carryl Thomas) witnessed Belle digging at her mum’s grave, and became incredibly concerned as a result.
They realised that she was in need of help, and thus Tracy called Nate (Jurell Carter), who later arrived and attempted to talk to Belle.
Belle revealed that she’d stopped taking her medication, but she promised to start doing so again if Nate promises to keep this between them.
Nate struggled, and there was a brief moment when he almost told Cain (Jeff Hordley) the truth, but he ultimately refrained from doing so.
Will Belle be okay?
