SUSAN Boyle rewore her iconic Britain's Got Talent gold dress 11 years after her first audition.

The 58-year-old took to the stage in Glasgow on Friday night and delighted fans by choosing to wear the same dress she had worn to her audition back in 2009.

Deja Vu? 11 years after her @bgt audition, Susan returned to the SEC Armadillo stage and donned the very dress she wore for that audition! Back for one night only, Susan surprised the audience with a quick change before her signature song, I Dreamed A Dream & of course it came with the Susan wiggle! ? Sharing a picture from the audition and from last night on her social media, the caption read: "Deja Vu? 11 years after her @bgt audition, Susan returned to the SEC Armadillo stage and donned the very dress she wore for that audition!

"Back for one night only, Susan surprised the audience with a quick change before her signature song, I Dreamed A Dream & of course it came with the Susan wiggle."

Her decision to wear the gold dress might have surprised some fans though, after she described the garment as a "bad choice" during a chat with the Irish Mirror last year.

She described her first audition, saying: "It felt quite suffocating, almost as though I was an act in a freak show, and that hurt.

"It was incredibly difficult to come to terms with for a time, but the positives have far outweighed the negatives.

"Everyone was laughing at me; they wondered who this daft woman with the crazy hair was… and I had made a bad choice in clothes, so no-one had high expectations."

But the rest – as they say – is history as Susan went on to wow the judges and the audience with her rendition of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Misérables.

She has since gone on to sell more than 19 million albums worldwide and received two Grammy Awards nominations.

Last month, Susan joined the Loose Women panel for the first time and admitted a doctor "rubbed her the right way" in a graphic sex life confession.

The singer revealed her last date was around six years ago, when she went "missing" with a doctor.

She said: "I went for a massage in the spa of a hotel and met a doctor and then we went out for lunch. I didn't tell anyone and my team thought I'd been kidnapped.

"They were really panicking because I had a show that night. The guy was nice, but he wasn't for me. I couldn't be dealing with keeping up with the correspondence."

She added: "I came back with a smile on my face. Let's just say he rubbed me up the right way."
