Tamzin Outhwaite in horror accident on Freeze the Fear as she bangs her head while under the ice
05/17/2022TAMZIN Outhwaite suffered a frightening experience on Freeze the Fear, which left her needing emergency medical treatment.
The 51-year-old banged her head after becoming trapped under the ice.
The actress bravely plunged into ice-cold water but injured herself coming up for air.
Watching on, show presenter Holly Willoughby shouted: "She hit her head, she hit her head!"
Tamzin desperately gasped for air as she pulled herself out of the water.
She said: "Banged my head, I'm getting out."

Holly rushed to comfort Tamzin who said: "I might need to sit down."
Holly replied: "I know I feel like that too, we're going to get you checked out, okay and just make sure everything is okay."

The mum-of-two previously shared her fear over potentially suffering a heart attack – just like her mother.
The soap star – who played Melanie Owen in EastEnders – opened up to Gabby Logan and Chelcee Grimes, 29, on the BBC show after she tragically lost her mum Anna Santis after a heart attack aged 67.
