Dale admitted to leaning toward voting for Democrat Biden before going on to the compliment Trump.
"I have to say, you have a great smile," Dale said. "You're so handsome when you smile."
The unpredictable moment caught the attention of social media users.
People posted the video, turning it into a meme with captions such as: "me flirting with the bartender after two drinks."
Despite her comments making her sound like Trump's biggest fan, Dale told the Miami News Times that she isn't too keen on the president.
"I wish he would smile more and talk less," she told the outlet, before confirming that Trump "steps in it every time he opens his mouth.
"I think the man has a nice smile. However, I'm not a fan."
Dale went on to admit that, despite being relatively undecided, Trump has not earned her vote.
"He's very combative and he doesn't believe in science, and that's a big concern to me," she said.
"And by his own words, he knows more than the [military] generals, knows more than the public-health experts, knows more than anybody. I believe Joe Biden will listen to the experts."
However, she still stands by her compliment, telling the outlet: "I believe the man has a very nice smile; there was no reason not to comment on it.
"Smiles are important to me. I like nice teeth."
